1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older and who have a confirmed wedding date. Employees of Wildflower Events are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official online giveaway entry form and provide the requested information. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Prize
One winner will receive the wedding content creation package specified in the giveaway promotion. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted for another service unless determined by Wildflower Events.

4. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the giveaway closing date. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided on their entry form. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, or is determined to be ineligible, Wildflower Events reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Wedding Date & Location
The prize is subject to Wildflower Events’ availability on the winner’s wedding date. The giveaway prize must be used for the wedding date provided at the time of entry and cannot be transferred to another wedding or event without written approval from Wildflower Events.

7. Content & Usage
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Wildflower Events may capture photo and video content during the wedding. The winner may be asked to provide permission for Wildflower Events to use content created during the wedding for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

8. Privacy
Information submitted through the giveaway form will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the entrant regarding their entry. Entrants who separately opt in to receive marketing communications may receive emails from Wildflower Events about wedding content, promotions, services, and updates. Marketing consent is not required to enter the giveaway.

9. General Conditions
Wildflower Events reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway. Wildflower Events also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or attempts to manipulate the entry process.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
