Behind the Scenes of a Branding Session at The Loft Studio
One of my favourite ways to collaborate is working alongside photographers during branding sessions, and this one was extra special.
Emilie Iggiotti brought me in to capture behind-the-scenes content during her client Kate’s branding session at The Loft Studio, and it was such a beautiful, aligned morning.
This wasn’t just about documenting a photoshoot.
It was about creating intentional marketing content for both the photographer and her client.

The Client: Kate, Clinical Counsellor
Kate is a clinical counsellor, and her branding session reflected exactly what her work represents, calm, grounded, safe, and professional.
The aesthetic was simple and clean. Soft tones. Natural light. Minimal styling. Very elevated “clean girl professional” energy.
These images are going to be incredible for her marketing, website, social media, and client touchpoints. The kind of branding that immediately builds trust and connection.
And while Emilie captured the polished final images, I captured everything in between.
The movement.
The laughter.
The confidence building in real time.
Because those moments matter too.

What I Captured for Emilie

Emilie hired me not only to capture behind-the-scenes content of her client’s session — but also to create content for her own social media marketing.
So during the shoot, I documented:

Afterward, I created highlight reels for Emilie to use on her Instagram, giving her ready-to-post content that shows her process, personality, and client experience.

It was truly the three of us vibing the whole morning.
Bonding.
Chit chatting.
Hyping Kate up (because she deserved it).
There’s something so powerful about women supporting women in business. Watching a client step into her brand confidently. Watching a photographer do what she does best. And capturing it all in a way that helps both of them market themselves more intentionally.
